| by the system or similar, not users. So why are the mount_* programs
| in /usr/sbin then ?
because quite often, the super-user will want to mount/umount
various partitions. if you've got dos floppies, etc... you
might want to occasionally mount an nfs partition for a couple
of seconds, etc...
