current-users: How is at supposed to work?

 Hello, Jukka Marin and i discoverd a sligly annoyance with the command
'at', and we would like to know if the following behaviour is normal
or not:

[200][tiger][~] :at 1145
echo Bah
Job a00c85041.000 will be executed using /bin/sh
[201][tiger][~] :su - rudi
> atq
Date                    Owner   Queue   Job#
11:45:00 12/17/94       markus  a       a00c85041.000
> atrm a00c85041.000
> atq
> logout
[202][tiger][~] :atq
[203][tiger][~] :

 This means I can start 'at' commands and delete them as another (!) user,
not even root.

 I am running a NetBSD 1.0 release on my Amiga.
