I know a few of the BusLogic people from when I was having problems with
early 956C cards; at one point they mentioned that they'd just printed up
a pile of hardware references and they'd gladly send me one -- as a
firmware upgrade fixed my problems I declined.

I ran into one of them at COMDEX and asked if I could have same for the
930 (a.k.a FlashPoint LT) and was told that unfortunately a policy
decision had been made to not make the interface spec available.  I
asked if they'd reconsider and they said essentially that they were too
busy but that I should call them At Some Later Date and discuss it; now
I'm way too busy myself.
