I checked the xdm-errors and there is no information in there as to why
xterm will not come up once xdm is started. I can get xterm's up
with startx and then running twm. Authorize is off and access is allowed
to everyone. Error message from xterm (that I compiled) is that it fails
in opening /dev/tty. Permossions on /dev/tty are correct.
