I keep getting this panic. The XXX next to it says that "should wait"
  Has anyone implemented this?

  I had updated to 1.1-ALPHA (on a 0.9 base...) awhile ago (early January?), 
and this just started happening recently on our NetBSD news server. We 
recently changed the hardware to a
P5 with 64Mb.
  I upgraded to a proper 1.1 plus 1.1-current hoping it was fixed, but I still 
get this problem.

  Any help much appreciated, or the pressure to switch to L* will ensue :-)
