Hi folks...

With Frank van der Linden's OK (he's the in-house NFS guru :-), I've
committed some changed to the NFS code.  One is a performance improvement
from FreeBSD (better queueing algorithm for client anync i/o), and
the other fixes 2 bug reports: NFSSERVER depended on NFSCLIENT.

I don't expect to encounter any problems, but if you do, please speak up.
