	The only purpose of the LETS_GET_SMALL is to make the binary
	small enough to fit on bootstrap media. If you have a bootstrap
	disk/tape built it will have the small version on, otherwise
	you use the standard version. The _worst_ case display device
	(teletype) will enable you to use the command line enabled
	version just like the old version, anything 'dumb' or above
	and you get the added bonus of ^B ^F ^P ^N style cursor movement,
	and on the 'real' terminals you can use the cursor keys.
