current-users: Can't compile xinstall

I can't remember if this was discussed recently, but I've re-supped and
tried to "make build" but my Mac SE/30 hangs compiling xinstall.c. The
error is:

cc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 6

Can anyone help?
