It is just me, or is "dump" braindead when it comes to most modern tape
drives?  It seems to assume a default size for a tape and when it thinks
the device is full it will prompt for another tape.

If our SCSI tape drivers handle end of media, (or EOT or whatever it is)
can dump be made smarter?
