In increasing length of time from previous release:
	0.9 (4 months + 3 days)
	1.2 (10 months + change)
	1.1 (13 months)
	1.0 (14 months + 3 days)


0.9 to 1.0 has thus far been the longest gap, though it had an excuse
(Lite merge).  Hopefully, it'll stay the longest, though if the 1.3
release process slips much, 1.3 will be the all-time "winner."
