To support sharing of binary packages better, the "<$ARCH>" symbol used in
pkg/PLIST* `till now is replaced by "${MACHINE_ARCH}", using 
$MACHINE_ARCH (e.g. m68k) instead of $ARCH now (e.g. amiga). 

The old hook for <$ARCH> will still be enabled for a while so you don't 
have to update your pkgsrc immediately after updating your bsd.port.mk, 
but be sure to do it some time in the not too far future.
