For reasons that should be obvious I will be doing away with vm_offset_t
and vm_size_t. In their place will be paddr_t, psize_t, vaddr_t, and
vsize_t for physical and virtual addresses. This allows a much-needed
distinction between these two quite different types on ports that require
it. Since for a short time (until port-masters get rid of them)
vm_offset_t and vm_size_t will remain defined, I am not anticipating any
breakage. But, you never know.
