Hi, all.

I've got a CGI that uses `random -e` to give me a random number based on which
some choices are made.

The problem is that whenever it's executed by my web server, it returns the
number 127, instead of the desired random number between 0 and d-1.

Any ideas? Should this be a PR, or is there an easy explanation?
