We seem to need additional system configuration information for PRs with
some regularity. Now that we're squirreling away the output of dmesg after
boot (i.e. with the autoconfig information in it), we could modify send-pr
to include that in the >Environment: section. Potential Problems:

1. dmesg.boot is optional in rc.conf (why?) but fortunately defaults to YES

2. the system that the problem gets send-pr'd on may not be the system that
had the problem, though it seems that more than half the time, it is...
