I seem to remember reading somewhere that the only reason for /dev/zero
to exist is so that stuff under /emul/sunos will work. I have found
another use for it: To use via dd for generating files which I can
then vnconfig.
Is our intent to deprecate /dev/zero? If so, what is the "canonical"
way to generate empty files for vnconfig(8)ing?
[or am I completely missing the teleporter on this one?]
