I made a few gross hacks^W^Wsuble adjustments on the fvdl-softdep
CVS branch, that have brought the integrated softdep code into
a better state. I have not been able to crash it since.

So if you want to try it out: at least you won't have to reboot
your system every 10 minutes now ;-) Help in testing is
very much appreciated, I'm sure there are still bugs lurking there.

Todo: merge in the changes from the newer softdep code versions
by Kirk McKusick. This is being looked at. Not by me, though,
I should be working on other stuff..
