My main unix box at home is running NetBSD, but I have another PC that I
cycle through various free os's to play around with.  It currently has
RedHat installed, and I noticed that the man pages adjust their width to my
terminal size, whereas NetBSD seems to be constant at 80 chars or so.

I'm not terribly familiar with nroff and friends, but I was curious - what's
involved in making this change?  Is there any reason why we wouldn't want
ours to work that way?
