Hi!

Did someone in the know ever look at the problem in PRs 4552 and 3578?
They state the same problem: That U-SCSI discs at an ahc on IDs above
7 never get more than 10MHz transfer, even though they would get 20Mhz
if jumpered below 8?

It's still there in current... I'm willing to test changes to fix it,
but don't know enough about it to fix it myself.
