That's the problem. I need to boot from SCSI. :(

The problem is that if I do this, I can't use the SCSI bios. And I do
need to boot from SCSI. The case doesn't have much room...
I'd *really* like to use c0000, but something seems to make it not work;
irritatingly, the probe routine doesn't seem to be doing what I expect,
because debugging printfs in it don't come out in a comprehensible way.
