We do. Users of our code may not. This is not a BSD style license --
it is closer in spirit to the GPL. Maybe you haven't noticed that we
don't like GPLed code?

That's why sendmail is now in /usr/src/gnu/usr.sbin instead of
/usr/src/usr.sbin.
