I have experienced this too, since upgrading to 1.5ALPHA (and then
ALPHA2).  However, I know that some people have not had a problem.  I'm
wondering whether we've got the same problem or just the same
symptoms.  What have you got attached to your serial port?  What does your
kernel config look like?
