You are absolutely right and we are going to fix this. There are people
already adding heimdal support for openssh, but I really don't understand
why the names were changed on Heimdal. It would have been nice if it was
a drop-in krb5 replacement. Maybe it is not too late, and we can go in
with the big sed(1) expression...
