Also, who botched the apostrophe and backquote characters in
-misc-fixed-medium-r-semicondensed--13-120-75-75-c-60-*-* ?

They used to be mirror images, thick at the top, and thinner at bottom.
Now they're both anemic and the apostrophe is straight up rather than
angled right.
