That is the chip definitely.  I bought a cheap card at Fry's with that
chipset.  I believe the board maker was "ViPower" or something like that.

I haven't had much luck getting it to work with a SATA <> UDMA/133 converter
board.  I don't have any actual SATA drives to test myself.
