Guess I'm an idiot for not reading the whole tlp man page :)

The Netgear card is working and passes its diagnostics now, had some bent 
pins in the connector that needed some love. It too reports data after udp 
payload like the others. Guess it's just that I have a bunch of junky tlp 
clones and cards. Thanks Jason!
