Hmm. 1.14 committed 6hrs ago or so removed a bunch of #include, but world won't
build now.
# compile echo/echo.o
/usr/src/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-1.6ZF-i386/bin/i386--netbsdelf-gcc -O2 -Wall -Wstri
ct-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wpointer-arith -Wno-sign-compare -Wno-tradit
ional -Wno-uninitialized -Wreturn-type -Wswitch -Wshadow -Werror -nostdinc -
isystem /usr/src/obj/destdir.i386/usr/include -c /usr/src/bin/echo/echo.c
/usr/src/bin/echo/echo.c: In function `main':
/usr/src/bin/echo/echo.c:58: warning: implicit declaration of function `strcmp'
/usr/src/bin/echo/echo.c:72: warning: implicit declaration of function `exit'

I checked 1.13, its fine for dependall. methinks this prune of #include was
over-aggressive, during the build phase at least...
