Yup! Or, switch to wscons, then LCD-off and on again (Fn-F3, then just Fn) 
if the display is already messed. OR, at loss of some acelleration, use the 
"vesa" driver instead.  It'll suspend/resume just fine (plus, the S-Video 
out works properly using atitvout!)
