In the current world order (installing via a non-syspkg mechanism over a
registered system), you should clear out /var/db/syspkg and re-register
after an install.
If you want to avoid doing this, you can do the following after a
DESTDIR build:
cd /usr/src/distrib/syspkg/sets
make package
and upgrade only selected packages, but this is only really safe at the
moment when upgrading along a release branch, as changes in shared
library dependencies are _not_ currently tracked.
