No, that's an entirely different build issue; it's slightly annoying
that it isn't solved more elegantly, but essentially it's caused by
doing a 'make clean' with a newer version of the Makefile than what
produced the contents of the objdir.
You simply need to get rid of the .../racoon/racoon directory in your
obj tree. Then you will be able to build racoon, and perhaps go on to
see the same problem I am :)
I'll start trying to narrow down by date which change is at fault, but
may not have a chance to spend enough time to get a clear result for a
couple of days.
