...the missing rate lines are probably a different issue: before the
recent net80211/ath changes available rates were always printed. But
now this printing is done in a separate function which is only used by
the ath driver, which in turn prints the rates only if booting verbosely.
The other drivers should probably be fixed to behave the same.
