Not without writing a driver. You could have a look at the "speedtouch"
package (in "pkgsrc/net/speedtouch") which implements a driver for
another USB A-DSL modem as an userland application for "userppp".
A similar approach might work for your modem.
Another way is of course running Xen on your computer with NetBSD as
dom0 and a small Linux installation in domU acting as a router. ;-)
Or you buy a router appliance as I did.
