After running winecfg it silently crashes.

If I start wineserver before winecfg for example it works like this:
err:process:start_wineboot failed to start wineboot, err 1359
<<application starts here>>
So it just cant spawn processes for me.
What could be wrong?
I have wine-1.0nb3 on NetBSD/i386 4.99.66.
ps.: when I can start it Diablo works here too :)
