After changing the lines to
defflag opt_compat_netbsd.h     COMPAT_50: COMPAT_NETBSD
defflag opt_compat_netbsd.h     COMPAT_40: COMPAT_50,KERN_SA, COMPAT_NETBSD

and adding COMPAT_50 to macppc/conf/GENERIC the cimpilation started OK
