Hmmm. I've got my system with a fwip0 configured but no address, and it exports mh /home just fine. Custom kernel built from sources updated on 2009-05-22 at 13:11:03 UTC.
Either it needs to be something more -current than yesterday, or there is some other condition that is also required? Or a specific type of interface?
