(This email is about ethernet, I will reply to different email about
wireless.)

Thank you. It compiled fine.

The kernel shows:

ppb0: disabling notification events
pci1 at ppb0 bus 1
pci1: i/o space, memory space enabled, rd/line, wr/inv ok
alc0 at pci1 dev 0 function 0: Attansic/Atheros L1E Ethernet
alc0: ioapic0 pin 16
alc0: Ethernet address 70:5a:b6:25:cc:c4
atphy0 at alc0 phy 0: L1 10/100/1000 PHY, rev. 11
atphy0: 10baseT, 10baseT-FDX, 100baseTX, 100baseTX-FDX, 1000baseT-FDX, auto

ifconfig shows:

alc0: flags=8802<BROADCAST,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        address: 70:5a:b6:25:cc:c4
        media: Ethernet autoselect (none)
        status: no carrier

When I plugged in a ethernet cable, no light came on and it continued to
show "no carrier".

I will test some more.
