nope.  i only intend to remove stuff that hasn't been used (by default)
since pre netbsd 1.6.  eg, stuff like shark a.out kernel support will
not be removed (the prom knows a.out) will not be removed, either.

though i think dynamic a.out currently is broken anyway.  or static.
one of those.  it would be really nice if someone tried and fixed
the problem, or the a.out exec support may become a candidate for
removal..
