acpi_cpu panic

I just tried enabling acpi_cpu on a -current/amd64 laptop (with
rev 1.3 acpi_cpu.c), and got (typed by hand)

Of course there is no serial port on the laptop, it is netbooted,
so no chance of a coredump, and I see no such problem on the desktops
(though they might be running slightly older source).

The laptop has a dual core centrino cpu U9400.
