rnd_add_uint32() and if_wm.c
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I was trying to find out why the network wm device doesn't actually
record entropy, and found this CVS log:
revision 1.22
date: 2002/08/23 16:30:10; author: itojun; state: Exp; lines: +2 -2
#if 0 out call to rnd_add_uint32() in interrupt logic until thorpej
measures performance differences.
Has this been done? Can we re-enable the collection, or should it not
use rnd collection at all?
