Yes, was.  Look at some of the pages linked from here:

http://releng.netbsd.org/test-results.html

(generally if you run into panics and other regressions, you can
check the automated test runs to see if they exhibit the problem.
however, it's still a good idea to report the problem if it doesn't
get fixed in a day or so)
