RE: ATF tests still failing to complete within 2 hours on amd64

Even with the recent changes to initialize kern_cprng mutex, I am 
continuing to have amd64 tests time-out after two hours.  Many of the 
network-related (or nfs-related) test cases appear to individually 
time-out after the default 5-minute test-case timer.

It appears that the tests on releng.netbsd.org are similarly failing:
