Hi,
The patch solves my problem.
When msk0 has no IP address, PROMISC flag is set just after
"/sbin/brconfig bridge0 add msk0", and qemu tap and bridge networking
works fine.
So if IP address is assigned to msk0 or not, PROMISC flag is set
just after "/sbin/brconfig bridge0 add msk0".
Two cases are same now.
