Call for testers: i386 MP default configuration (early x86 SMP machines needed)

Hi,

testers are wanted for an implementation of i386 MP default 
configuration. Please post dmesg output (ideally with mp_verbose enabled) :)

The patch and a patched NetBSD/i386 6.1 GENERIC kernel binary can be 
found at

Eligible systems are early dual processor x86 machines (where the BIOS 
is setup for MP default configuration, i. e. does not provide an MP 
configuration table).
All default configurations have exactly two processors, not more. If 
more CPUs can be installed, the machine is likely to have an MP table. 
Similarly, if one CPU of a (dual CPU) default config machine is pulled, 
the machine will not behave as "default config" anymore.

Interesting variants are:
- dual 486 with ISA bus (default config 1)
- dual 486 with EISA bus (default config 2 and 3)
- dual Pentium/Pentium Pro/...(Pentium-II?) with ISA and PCI busses 
(default config 5)
- dual Pentium/Pentium Pro/...(Pentium-II?) with EISA (can have ISA 
slots, too) and PCI busses (default config 6)

Default configs 4 and 7 feature MCA busses and code for them is present, 
but mpbios.c lacks support to configure the MCA bus (interrupt routing) 
at the moment.
Dual 486 machines did exist but seem very rare, and might be unsupported 
due to antique discrete local APICs and I/O APIC (82489DX).

Already tested is a Siemens-Nixdorf PCD-5T (dual Pentium, EISA+PCI, 
default config 6). Potential manufacturers of other machines and 
mainboards could be Siemens-Nixdorf, IBM, Acer, Dell, NCR, Digital/DEC, 
Compaq, ASUS, Tyan and others.
