Broken build

It appears that recent changes to the debug/mi sets list of the form

./usr/libdata/debug/usr/bin/atf-config.debug  comp-atf-debug  atf,!kyua,debug

have broken the build:

Files in flist but missing from DESTDIR.
File wasn't installed ?

./usr/libdata/debug/usr/bin/atf-config.debug
./usr/libdata/debug/usr/bin/atf-report.debug
...

Is it possible the this was parsed as

	atf && !(kyua && debug)

rather than

	atf && (!kyua) && debug

???
