reproducible kernel crash with the agr interface

Hello,

I have a system with bnx and wm interfaces. When I try the following the 
kernel crashes.

ifconfig agr0 create
ifconfig agr0 agrport wm1
ifconfig agr0 -agrport wm1
ifconfig agr0 agrport bnx1
