Pre Review of latest Drafts.

Before I submit the latest drafts to the IETF mailing list I'd like
to be sure I've included all of the comments (particularly those regarding
formating).

Since I was unable to attend the last meeting if there was any consensus
reached on things that should be in the draft that I haven't changed
then please let me know.
