ASCII code 127 in names in core ids

Hi,

In many places throughout the documents we say that "whitespace, or 
control characters (ASCII codes 32 or less)" are not to be used in names. 
Should this also include ASCII code 127 (del)?

If I don't recieve any objections, I'll change this to something like 
"...whitespace, control characters (ASCII codes 32 or less), or ASCII code 
127..."
