        * defs.h: apply syntax change needed for _Noreturn keyword

        * package/byacc.spec, package/debian/rules: use stdnoreturn

        * VERSION, package/byacc.spec, package/debian/changelog,
        package/mingw-byacc.spec, package/pkgsrc/Makefile:  bump
