There's no need to install quake into ${X11PREFIX}, so
s/USE_X11BASE/USE_X11/.
Simplify a bit removing the post-install target and the INSTALL file
with a MESSAGE file.
Provided by Soren Jacobsen in PR pkg/23457. Bump PKGREVISION.
