description:
- Applied the code from the patch in PR 32540 by Anne Bennett, which
allows the user to define DEFANG_USER and DEFANG_GROUP in the
MAKECONF file. Fixes PR 32540.
- Added the configurable variables to BUILD_DEFS, so that they are shown
during the build process.
- Bumped PKGREVISION.
