Update to 1.2:

New libX11 release to go with libxcb 1.2.

Some more fixes, janitorial work, NLS updates, and the long-awaited
addition of ☭ and ♥ to your favorite Compose file.  Details follow in
the shortlog from 1.1.99.2.
